On login screen click on Activate.
Enter the Merchant/ Operator ID and click on Submit.
OTP will be sent to the registered Mobile Number via SMS. Enter the One Time Password (OTP) to activate your Merchant/ Operator ID.
Enter the 4 digit MPIN & confirm MPIN. Click on Continue.
Note: MPIN and Confirm MPIN should match. You should never share the MPIN with other people.
Once the MPIN has been set successfully a confirmation message will be displayed.
Please retry same procedure if activation fails.
Select network (Alipay, UPI or VISA) and click on Receive Payment.
Enter the Invoice Details, “Invoice Info” and “Transaction Amount”.
Select an outlet from the list and click on Confirm.
Merchants will generate QR code , MOCO / Alipay user will scan QR code to complete transaction.
A confirmation receipt will be displayed on completion of the transaction.
Select network (Alipay, UPI or VISA) and click on Receive Payment
Enter the Invoice Details, “Invoice Info” and “Transaction Amount”.
Select an outlet from the list and click on Confirm.
Scan QR option is available for Alipay users only in which Alipay users present QR code to the merchant to complete transaction.
A confirmation receipt will be displayed on completion of the transaction.
Click on the “Pre-Auth” button on the dashboard to initiate Alipay Pre-Auth transaction.
Enter the Invoice Details, “Invoice info” and “Transaction Amount” in the Order Details Screen.
Select an outlet from the list and click on Scan QR.
Once you click confirm, The Camera will open.
To scan the QR Code, Align the QR code shown by Alipay user with the frame.
A confirmation receipt will be displayed on completion of the Pre-Auth transaction.
Click on the “Pre-Auth” button on the dashboard to initiate Alipay Pre-Auth transaction.
Enter the Invoice Details, “Invoice info” and “Transaction Amount” in the Order Details Screen.
Select an outlet from the list and click on Generate QR.
Once you click confirm, QR code will be generated.
Show the QR Code to Alipay user to complete transaction.
A confirmation Push notification will be displayed on completion of the Pre-Auth transaction.
Click on the “Transaction history” button on the dashboard to view transaction history.
Note: A release transaction will release the amount withheld by a Pre-Auth transaction.
From the list of transactions, click on the transaction you want to release, this will open a Transaction Details Page.
Note: All Pre-Auth Transaction are recorded as CAPTURE.
Enter the amount you want to receive.
And click on the “Release” button.
Note: If Zero amount is entered and the release button is clicked, all the amount will be refunded.
A confirmation message will be displayed on completion of the transaction.
Click on the “Transaction history” button on the dashboard.
Transactions performed on the current date will be displayed by default. Click on a transaction to view more details.
Users can view a transaction for a specific date or amount using the filter.
Click on the “TRANSACTION HISTORY” on the dashboard.
From the list of transactions, click on the transaction you want to refund, this will open a Transaction Details Page.
Note: You can perform a refund only on Purchase Transactions
Click on "Refund" to void the transaction.
Note: You will have to contact MOCO if you wish to perform a refund transaction post-cut-off time.
A confirmation message will be displayed on completion of the transaction.
Click on the “Settings” icon on the top left corner of the App.
Click on the “Change MPIN” option.
Enter your Current MPIN, New MPIN & Confirm MPIN. Click on submit to change your MPIN.
Once MPIN is changed, a confirmation message will be displayed. You can now login with your new MPIN.
Click on Reset MPIN
Note: If you have forgotten your Merchant/ Operator ID please contact MOCO Office.
Enter the Merchant/ Operator ID and click on submit
A verification code will be sent to registered mobile number.
Enter the 4 digit MPIN and Confirm MPIN and click on submit.
Once the MPIN is reset, a confirmation message will be displayed. You can now login using the new MPIN.
Click on the “Settings” button on the dashboard or “Menu” icon on the top left corner of the App.
To add new operator click on add button.
To update existing operator click on the existing operator.
Enter operator details.
Note: All fields and mandatory.
Once the operator has been added successfully a confirmation message will be displayed.
