How it works?

Activation

ENTER USER ID

On login screen enter the User ID provided by MOCO and Click on Activate.

ENTER OTP

OTP will be sent to the registered Mobile Number from 34000 via SMS. Enter the One Time Password (OTP) to activate your User ID.

SET MPIN

Enter the 4 digit MPIN & confirm MPIN. Click on Continue.
Note: MPIN and Confirm MPIN should match. You should never share the MPIN with other people.

CONFIRMATION

Once the MPIN has been set successfully a confirmation message will be displayed.
Please retry same procedure if activation fails.

Receive Payment

CLICK SCAN QR

You can initiate the Alipay transaction through Scan QR. Click on Scan QR Button to initiate the process.

ENTER ORDER DETAILS

Enter the Invoice Details, “Order Subjects” and “Transaction Amount”.
Select an outlet from the list and click on Confirm.

SCAN QR

Once you click confirm, the Camera will open. To scan the QR Code, Align the QR code shown by Alipay user with the frame.

CONFIRMATION

A confirmation receipt will be displayed on completion of the transaction.

Passbook

CLICK ON PASSBOOK

Click on the “Passbook” button on the dashboard to view transaction history. 

TRANSACTION HISTORY

Transactions performed on the current date will be displayed by default. Click on a transaction to view more details.


Users can view a transaction for a specific date or amount using the filter.

Initiate Pre-Auth (Capture)

CLICK PRE-AUTH

Click on the “Pre-Auth” button on the dashboard to initiate Alipay Pre-Auth transaction.

ENTER ORDER DETAILS

Enter the Invoice Details, “Order Subjects” and “Transaction Amount” in the Order Details Screen.
Select an outlet from the list and click on Confirm.

SCAN QR

Once you click confirm, The Camera will open.
To scan the QR Code, Align the QR code shown by Alipay user with the frame.

CONFIRMATION

A confirmation receipt will be displayed on completion of the Pre-Auth transaction.

Release Pre-Auth

CLICK ON PASSBOOK

Click on the “Passbook” button on the dashboard to view transaction history.
Note: A release transaction will release the amount withheld by a Pre-Auth transaction.

SELECT THE TRANSACTION DETAILS

From the list of transactions, click on the transaction you want to release, this will open a Transaction Details Page.
Note: All Pre-Auth Transaction are recorded as CAPTURE.

RELEASE

Click on the “Release” button to release the entire withheld amount.

CONFIRMATION

A confirmation message will be displayed on completion of the transaction.

Complete Pre-Auth (Purchase)

CLICK ON PASSBOOK

Click on the “Passbook” button on the dashboard to view the transaction history. 

SELECT THE TRANSACTION DETAILS

From the list of transactions, click on the CAPTURE transaction you want to convert to PURCHASE, this will open a Transaction Details Page.
Note: All Pre-Auth Transaction are recorded as CAPTURE.

PAY

By clicking on the transaction, a transaction details page will open.
Click on “Pay Button”, this will open a pop up where you can enter the amount you want to collect from the Alipay user.

ENTER THE AMOUNT

Enter the amount you want to collect from Alipay User. Click OK to complete the transaction.
Note: The Entered amount cannot exceed the Withheld Amount. If Amount to be collected exceeds the withheld amount please consider the following options:
1. Release the withheld amount and perform a new purchase transaction for the whole amount.
2. First Collect the withheld amount and then perform a new purchase transaction for the remaining amount.

Refund

CLICK ON PASSBOOK

Click on the “Passbook” button on the dashboard to view transaction history.

SELECT THE TRANSACTION DETAILS

From the list of transactions, click on the transaction you want to refund, this will open a Transaction Details Page.
Note: You can perform a refund only on Purchase Transactions

REFUND

Click on "Refund" to void the transaction.
Note: The cut-off time for refund transactions is 9:45 PM NST. All transactions are settled automatically at 9:45 PM NST, hence you will not be able to perform a refund transaction post-cut-off time.
You will have to contact MOCO if you wish to perform a refund transaction post-cut-off time.

CONFIRMATION

A confirmation message will be displayed on completion of the transaction.

Add Operator

CLICK ON SETTINGS

Click on the “Settings” button on the dashboard or “Menu” icon on the top left corner of the App.

CLICK ON OPERATOR

Click on the "Operator" button.

CLICK ADD OPERATOR

Click on the “Add Operator” icon.

ENTER DETAILS

Enter the details of new operator and click on "Add".
New Operator will be displayed on the operator list. To activate the operator’s account please follow the “Activation” procedure.
Note:
1.  24 hours time format is followed.
2. Select “Allow Refund/ Pay Transaction” to allow Operator to Refund/ Authorize Transactions.

Update Operator

CLICK ON SETTINGS

Click on the “Settings” button on the dashboard or “Menu” icon the top left corner of the App.

CLICK ON OPERATOR

Click on the "Operator" button.

SELECT OPERATOR

From the list of the operators select the operator you want to edit.

UPDATE

Edit operator’s details and click on the “Update” button to save changes.

Change MPIN

CLICK ON SETTINGS

Click on the “Settings” button on the dashboard or “Menu” icon on the top left corner of the App.

CLICK ON CHANGE MPIN

Click on the “Change MPIN” button.

SET NEW MPIN

Enter your Current MPIN, New MPIN & Confirm MPIN. Click on submit to change your MPIN.

CONFIRMATION

Once MPIN is changed, a confirmation message will be displayed. You can now login with your new MPIN.

Reset MPIN

ENTER USER ID

Enter the User ID on the Login Screen and click on “Reset MPIN ?”
Note: If you have forgotten your User ID please contact MOCO Office.

ENTER OTP

A One Time Password (OTP) will be sent to your Registered Mobile Number from 34000 via SMS.
Enter the OTP to set a new MPIN.

SET NEW MPIN

Enter the 4 digit MPIN and Confirm MPIN by Re-entering the MPIN. Click on continue to complete the reset. 

CONFIRMATION

Once the MPIN is reset, a confirmation message will be displayed. You can now login using the new MPIN.
